Further description of the new facility:
The development is a 61-unit senior apartment community consisting of 49 one-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units, plus 1 manager unit. The units are configured in a single three-story podium building. Recreation areas include the community center, seating/reading areas, swimming pool and a circuit-training course around the site.
Ample open space provides several passive and active recreational opportunities. The community center will provide indoor communal space including a kitchen, library, gym, computer lab, dining area, entertainment area and public restrooms.
Our residents have access to relevant social services, which include classes like health and wellness or finance management. The combination of individual services and community-wide programs enable us to help build strong, vibrant residential communities.
A single asset limited partnership has been formed as the legal owner of the proposed project, Long Beach Artesia Limited Partnership. The limited partners include Western Community Housing as the Managing General Partner, Palm Communities as Administrative General Partner and WNC as Limited Partner.
The development was financed via a $12.4M loan from Long Beach Housing Development Company, a $6.9M equity contribution from WNC, a $1.5M land seller carry back loan from Farmers and Merchants Bank of Long Beach, and a $1.3M conventional loan from CCRC.
SOME INTERIOR PICS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT
Much more to share I invite ya to my timeline of Protest for as our mayor ask we integrate we have encountered nothing but hate. Currently, I, a Pastor is not allowed to gps North Long Beach on the threat that Orville would be fired. Wendi’s Painting from Huntington Beach employee lied. Lied. They are adult males who lied. From whore to questionable people have entered that building. Yet, I am the one being harmed. 62 year old who was the first to call. A Black woman called my husband four times in less than 30 min. She was impressed that he was employed. Yet? Each time Orville shared, say and must be said? I am at work. Call my wife. The nice black only continued calling Orville. Though, I called 7 times and not one call was returned.
As I protest and begin to litigate for slander, defamation of charter and promoting domestic violence on a lie.
I will continue and protest corporation of this caliber that for generation of life have harmed those they increase their equity in audacity!
