Tenant Opportunities: Atlantic & Artesia

We've developed a vision for North Long Beach that includes the transformation of the intersection of the Atlantic Avenue and Artesia Boulevard into an important commercial gateway. We are looking for high-quality anchor tenants, preferable a sit-down restaurant and neighborhood-serving retail. Tenant spaces will range from 1,500-5,000 sq. ft. With vision and a true appreciation for making dreams come true, we've become a diverse showcase of all that is good about Southern California. With improvement projects of all types and sizes being planned and implemented, it's clear that Long Beach is just getting started. Take advantage of our momentum and join us in building a better North Long Beach.

I know it’s another fast food spot, but I thought an In N’ Out franchise on Artesia/Cherry would bring revenue to the city, and to North LB, especially since it’s right next to the freeway, while providing decent paying jobs in the area for the high school kids. In N’ Out is known for it’s treatment of it’s employees and can work with Jordan for school fundraisers while local organizations can apply for the grants from the Child Abuse Foundation In N’Out has for Los Angeles County.
